Delete your account

You can permanently delete your IQ Mitra account at any time. This page describes both the in-app option and the email-based option for users who cannot access the app.

From the IQ Mitra Android app

  1. Open the IQ Mitra app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm your decision. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

By email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from your registered email address to support@iqmitra.com with the subject line "Delete my IQ Mitra account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile, login credentials and preferences.
  • Broker connection tokens and synced holdings data.
  • AI scan history, recommendations, alerts and bucket configurations.
  • Subscription information (subject to billing/audit retention requirements).

What may be retained

We may retain limited records (such as anonymized audit logs and billing receipts) where required by law, to prevent fraud, or to resolve disputes. These records do not identify you personally where avoidable.

Reconnecting later

After deletion, your account cannot be restored. You are welcome to create a new account at any time using the same email address.
