Nature of the Service
IQ Mitra is an AI-assisted investment manager focused on long-term portfolio diagnosis, allocation planning and guarded autonomous actions. The Service does not provide personalized financial advice and is not a substitute for a qualified financial advisor.
No guarantee of returns
Investing involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. IQ Mitra does not guarantee any specific outcome, return or protection against loss. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Autonomous mode and approvals
Where you enable autonomous mode, you grant IQ Mitra a mandate to perform actions within the limits and rules you configure. Higher-risk or large actions require your explicit approval. Every autonomous decision is recorded in an audit log.
Broker connections
You authorize IQ Mitra to access broker data via the integrations you choose. You are responsible for keeping broker credentials secure. Live broker integrations are rolling out progressively after API verification.
Plans and fees
Plan features and pricing are described on the website and in the app. Prices may change before public launch. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service.
- Do not impersonate others or misuse broker connections.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ Mitra disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ Mitra and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including investment losses.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for legal or operational reasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of India.
